Arizona

This last week we headed to Arizona! We left early Wed. morning and drove to Las Vegas. We decided to leave Tanner and Jake behind with my family since we were going to a wedding and really no where for them to hang out during the wedding. So Mike, Austen, me and Mike's sister Suzy headed down for some fun. We had a great time spent a couple days in Las Vegas. Had a wonderful time with family, went to a very pretty wedding with a beautiful bride and groom. And visited Mike's parents home in Wickenburg. It was a cute little town and they have a cute little home that they stay in down there during the winters. We laughed until late at night, relaxed, did a little shopping, ate some yummy food, and had a great time. Austen was excited to go he loves to spend time with his cousins. And was so excited to see Aaron before he left on his mission here in the next week. Aaron has a Mustang and he took Austen on some pretty crazy rides. Austen had the time on his life and is hoping he can get a car like Aaron's when he can drive. It was great to get away and relax and spend time with family. Now it is time to start to prepare for our next family vacation. Disneyland here we come!

Looking for a Home..........

we are looking for a good home for our cute little dog! He is a good dog and needs a good home with lots of love. He is a Shitzu white and brown and very well behaved. We love him tons and wish we good keep him, but with our busy shedules, we feel bad always having to leave poor Charlie behind. We are looking to find him a home that we know he will be loved and cared for. Charlie is great with little kids and loves to cuddle. He is potty trained and loves to just chill and hang with the family. If anyone is interested just let us know. We would love for someone to enjoy Charlie just as we have and to love him.

Valentine's Day

We had a great Valentine's Day. We started the day of going to church and right after church we headed to my moms for some yummy BBQ. I have to say that my mom makes the best BBQ and I could literally eat the whole pan. I just wanted to thank my mom for the yummy dinner. You are such a wonderful mother and I love you so much thanks for being such a great example to me and my little family. I truly have the BEST mother in the world. After dinner we headed home and took a little nap. Got up and set up for the Valentine dinner that we have every year. The boys look forward to it every year and Jake being a little older thought it was pretty cool to eat dinner with candle light. They boys got some yummy candy and guns that I am ready to throw out the window.(what was I thinking). I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful family. I have the best husband and am so grateful to have him in my life. He works hard to provide for his family and I just want him to know how much I love him and thank him for being my best friend. I love you hunny! I also have the best boys in the world. Yes they have their days were I am ready to pull my hair out, but I wouldn't change it for the world. I am so proud of them and want them to know how proud I am of them and how much I love each of them. Happy Valentine's Day to my sweet little family.

Pine Wood Derby 2010

Tanner had his Pinewood Derby a couple of Saturdays ago. He did very well he was super happy with his car and he got a lot of badges. He is a working really hard on getting his Webelos stuff done before his birthday. I am so proud of him and all of is hard work. We love you Tanner and good job on your Pinewood Derby!

A little update...........

My mom is always asking me to update my blog and it just seems that is not enough time in a day to do everything I would like to do, but tonight I have a little free time. Jake went to bed early the boys are content watching a movie and my sweet hubby is out of town working.
Can't believe the new year is here and already getting to the end of the first month. We have been really busy with the boys and basketball that pretty much takes up our time. They are doing really good at ball this year and I am really proud of them. We are trying really hard to take in all the sledding and playing in the snow that we can. We don't have much to play in, but we make it work.

I just wanted to tell you how much I love you and am so lucky to have you has my sister. I hope that you have the best day ever and do something fun for you brithday. Getting closer to the big "40".
