This year Austen got to do a track meet for 6th grade. He did the 75 meter dash, the 4X100 meter relay, and the softball throw. He did very well he got 3rd in the 4X100, 2nd in the 75 meter dash and 1st in the softball throw. He was ranked the 3rd fast boy in District 93. Austen worked really hard and Mike and I are very proud of him. I went over and watched him and it brought tears to my eyes. I just can't believe that my little boy is growing up. Everyday I struggle with this because he is growing right before my eyes. I just wanted him to know how proud he makes his mom and dad and we are so excited for all of his hard work and the effort he put forward in his track meet.

Way to go Austen!!! Mandie...I hate to tell ya but it only gets harder as they grow up!! It's a fun time but it rips a mom's heart out of her chest every time!! Love you!!
